Prinses Märtha Louise

Discover the advantages of being highly sensitive

– HSP: Turn being highly sensitive into a strength
– Norwegian princess shares her insights
– Advice from an experience expert

The most approachable princess – that’s how people call Norwegian Märtha Louise. She’s highly sensitive, and talks about it in a candid manner. As a child, she often used to feel lonely, and she cried a lot. To her, the public performances in her youth were torture: she had to stroll along the long, straight aisles in church, with everyone watching her. She learned how to handle her sensitivity, and recognized it in her children. The tough princess isn’t too concerned about royal protocol: she was divorced, shares her life on Instagram and communicates with animals and angels. In April, her book on high sensitivity will be released.

Quote: ‘When I’m very busy, I try to spend an hour by myself now and then; simply to find some rest and process all impressions. I call it ‘reset and recharge’. When I was younger, I didn’t know it worked like that. Now, I try to tell as many people about it as I can.’
